I’m a recent graduate of the Western North Carolina School of Massage, with a certificate in Neuromuscular Therapy. I’ve been told that I have a gift, that my touch is magical, and I absolutely love when clients share that our time together has had a meaningful impact on their quality of life. For me, that’s the goal- for every massage to be customized to what each person needs, whether it is light and nurturing touch, pain relief through trigger point therapy, soothing strokes for sore muscles, integrated stretching for better mobility, or extra time on their favorite areas, I adapt each session to suit the client’s needs in that moment.
