
Active Tranquility Policies
At Active Tranquility, exceptional service is a top priority. Additionally, I hope my clients choose to partner with me to maintain lasting results. To get the most out of your massage therapy sessions, please be advised of the following policies.
New Client Policy: First-time clients must call or text 704-677-3226 for availability. At this time, our online booking service is reserved for established clients.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a nonrefundable 50% of their session price via the card on file. Clients who do not leave a card on file will be unable to re-book until this fee is paid.
No Call, No Show Policy: Clients who no call/no show will be charged a nonrefundable 50% of their session price via the card on file. Clients who do not leave a card on file will be unable to re-book until this fee is paid.
Late Policy: Arriving late may result in a shortened session.
Communication is Key: My goal is to work with you! Please keep me in the loop if you’re running late, unable to make it in, etc.
Contagious Illness Policy: Massage cannot be performed if you have a fever or contagious illness. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness so we can reschedule your session.
Health History Form Policy: By law, licensed massage and bodywork therapists are required to collect health history as part of the intake process. This information will be used to best tailor your massage to your individual needs and will be stored securely and confidentially in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
